Join Katy Marver and Jen Martin at The Tower Heritage Center for an interesting and light-hearted evening of learning about and nurturing your intuition in a safe and fun environment.

This is the perfect opportunity to gather together with other people to harness and hone your intuition with different techniques and group practices. No experience is necessary--instead, bring an open heart and mind and a desire to better understand yourself and how to use and trust your intuitive skills!

Bring a specific question or scenario into which you would like some guidance or insight. Each month we will do grounding and centering and then various exercises in the circle and in small groups in order to practice and gain confidence.

$40.00 per person. Bring a water bottle and snack (if you feel you will get hungry) and your journal and pen to write down insights or questions. Wear warm socks and dress in layers.

Cash at the event or pay on line at www.thesoulsource.com. If you pay on-line to reserve your spot, please know we need 24 hours notice before the event if you are not coming or a refund will not be issued.

Increase your personal awareness and healing through creative art making, facilitated by Katy Marver.

Research now shows that "engaging in an art project for as little as forty-five minutes reduces the stress hormone cortisol, no matter your skill level, and just one  art experience per month can extend your life by ten years.” (Magsamen and Ross, 2023. Your brain on art, how the arts transform us).

The wonderful thing about art is that it reaches a place within us that is beyond words, because often, the emotions in life are far more than words can express.

This class is designed so that everyone gets the opportunity to share their art with or without words if they choose. We will be using a variety of materials including pencils, pastels, paints, clay, collage, and more.

All supplies are included with the price, and all experientials will be designed to meet the needs of those present.

Everyone attending must sign a confidentiality agreement at the beginning of class as a reminder of the sacred act of witnessing and holding space. Every single person experiences emotional pain, challenges, joys, laughter, and struggles in life. This class honors each person where they are at in the moment, and looks to provide hope, healing and support.
