This deck of cards can be used in a variety of ways. We suggest meditating briefly before chosing one each morning and then displaying where you will view it often throughout the day. Another great way to use this deck is to have clients pick a card during a yoga class or therapy session, saying it aloud, making art and/or journaling about it.
